GIFTS.AXELIER.COM is an online showcase for ordering prizes - gift certificates from various stores and services - in exchange for bonuses received in loyalty programs on other platforms like AXELIER and others.

To make cooperation appealing for GIFTS.AXELIER.COM users and your future customers, you need to meet some simple criteria. The set of these criteria is formed on the basis of the EU Legislative Regulations on the use of gift cards, as well as the opinions of our users.

GIFTS.AXELIER.COM offers its users exclusively Electronic Gift Certificates (digital gift cards). This is a non-cash electronic means of payment of any denomination issued by the Seller, such as:

• physical store
• a physical point of service
• marketplace
• an online store
• an online service

Electronic gift certificates are accepted by the same Seller for subsequent exchange for goods / services. At the same time, the Electronic Gift Certificate may be limited and accepted, for example, only in the online store. Or, conversely, it is unlimited and accepted in all or only in some offline (physical) stores, as well as in the Seller`s online store.

1. The seller of the gift card is a registered legal entity in a country not included in the official EU sanctions list;
2. It is possible to check online the authenticity of the commercial registration of the legal entity of the Seller in open sources of the Internet;
3. The legal entity of the Seller does not have injunctions and restrictions, or effective legal claims limiting its commercial activities;
4. On the Seller`s online resource (on the official website, online service or online store) there is open access to information (without the need for registration) about the product / service and its delivery to the buyer;
5. The Seller`s online store / online service is correctly indexed in search services (the supplier`s profile corresponds to the specialization of his online store);
6. The online version of the store / service is available either in the language of the country where purchases are available or in English. Stores / services offering delivery abroad must have an English version. Localization into additional languages is only welcome;
7. If the Seller limits the number of points of sale where his Electronic Gift Certificate is accepted, then the information about this must be publicly available and very specific;
8. The seller does not take additional commissions and does not apply other markups when accepting a Gift Certificate as a means of payment.

1. A gift certificate can be used to pay for goods / services and deliver them for the full amount corresponding to the denomination indicated in it.
2. A gift certificate cannot be exchanged for cash or returned.
3. The validity period of Gift Certificates for denominations of 1-150 euros (including VAT) is at least 6 months. The validity period of Gift Certificates for denominations of 150 euros or more (including VAT) is at least 12 months.
4. The goods / services provided for the Gift Certificate and their delivery methods must be available from the Seller under the same conditions as when paying with money.
5. The warranty obligations for goods and services provided for the Gift Certificate, as well as the possibility of exchange / return of goods, must be available from the Seller on the same conditions as when paying with money.
6. Goods / services are presented at points of sale for the same currency as gift certificates.
