For the correct exchange of certificates for goods and services, when registering on the seller`s website, it is recommended to indicate the same email as when registering on Prizenta.

Can the recipient of a gift certificate transfer it to third parties?

Prizenta does not restrict its user from transferring the gift certificate to third parties, unless this is contrary to the Terms of use of the supplier of the gift certificate.

When do ordered gift certificates become available?

Already ordered gift certificates are available only after activation - usually within two hours, with excepttions at night time.
