Gift certificates cannot be returned, exchanged or extended. GIFTS.AXELIER.COM provides the user a gift certificate with the full value and purchasing power specified in its description. Depending on the declared tax status of the user, GIFTS.AXELIER.COM may additionally calculate and charge VAT and/or income tax in accordance with EU Regulations.
The expiry date of the gift certificate starts from the moment it is purchased by GIFTS.AXELIER.COM from the supplier. GIFTS.AXELIER.COM reserves the right to inform the user about the expiration date of the gift certificate. The difference in the expiration date of a gift certificate from the moment it is presented to the moment it is used depends on the time when it was activated by the user.
The user has an independent relationship with the supplier of the gift certificate when exchanging it for goods and services. GIFTS.AXELIER.COM is not responsible for the absence or unilateral changes in the Terms of use of the supplier`s electronic gift certificate, as well as for additional payment commissions in the supplier`s service during the exchange of the certificate for goods or services.
GIFTS.AXELIER.COM is not responsible for the expiration date of the certificate, its safety during storage after activation, as well as for the delivery of goods, their quality, guarantees and other things related to the goods and services provided for the gift certificate.

Prizenta is a registered customer of every original electronic gift certificate seller. Therefore, they are all genuine and provided by Prizenta to its users directly from the seller.
What are the rules for gift certificates?
Each gift certificate has its own Terms of use of their direct seller, which we recommend to read before ordering. A link to the Terms of use is given in the description of each Prizenta gift certificate.
Why activate a gift certificate before use?
In order to protect against fraud, Prizenta provides its users with an increased level of security. Additional activation of the gift certificate is required immediately before using it in the seller`s store. Usually activation occurs within two hours (except at night). Until the moment of activation, the ordered gift certificate is considered reserved for you. After activation, the user receives the unique code of the gift certificate itself to exchange it for goods and services.
If I don`t have enough bonuses, can I buy them or pay extra?
Prizenta does not offer the function of buying bonuses or paying extra for the missing part when ordering a gift certificate. Prizenta is only and exclusively a prize showcase for direct exchange of bonuses for already presented prizes in the form of gift certificates. Bonuses are accrued and accumulated only with external partners of Prizenta in their loyalty programs, for example, in the online marketing web service AXELIER and others.
What email should I indicate on the seller`s website for purchases for gift certificates?
All offered gift certificates will be conditionally linked to the email specified by the user when registering on Prizenta. For the correct exchange of certificates for goods and services, when registering on the seller`s website, it is recommended to indicate the same email as when registering on Prizenta.
Can the recipient of a gift certificate transfer it to third parties?
Prizenta does not restrict its user from transferring the gift certificate to third parties, unless this is contrary to the Terms of use of the supplier of the gift certificate.
When do ordered gift certificates become available?
Already ordered gift certificates are available only after activation - usually within two hours, with excepttions at night time.
